On to pancakes...
It's so easy to let breakfast fall low on your priorities, but taking just a few minutes to eat a healthy, protein packed breakfast can really make an impact on the rest of your day. Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day. Most of the time I keep it simple with eggs or oatmeal, but this time of year I am a huge fan of pancakes. Why? Because who doesn't love a good, healthy pancake with lots of fun toppings. I look forward to the weekends when I have a little bit more time on my hands to prep a large breakfast, which recently has been these delicious pancakes by Nut Butter Runner.

Add toppings and enjoy!
Today I added in some VegaSport Mocha Protein and topped with sliced banana and some Powerfuel Nuttzo .
Morganne added blueberries to the batter and topped with bananas and Powerfuel Nuttzo too.
