Get Ready...Here's a Sneak Peak of the New Release

It's October which means time for the launch of SB Choreography 2015-4. We are so excited to launch this release that we decided to give you a sneak peak of what you'll see in the coming weeks. We hope you are ready because we are bringing you a fast paced, intense workout. Bikinis may be packed away already, but the holidays will be here before we know it which means now is not the time to get off track. We want YOU to join us at the barre all year long so there's no need to go into panic mode when you turn the calendar to 2016.

Don't forget, I'm launching new SB Barre at Merritt Canton on October 10th at 8am so I hope you'll join me in your PINK  for Breast Cancer Awareness month. There's a pretty good chance I'll have goodies for everyone too!!
