  • 60 second straight arm or forearm plank
  • 15 second child's pose 
  • 30 second side straight arm or forearm plank each side
  • 15 second child's pose
  • 30 second forearm plank with knee taps
  • 15 second child's pose
  • 30 second straight arm plank alternating knee ins
  • 15 second child's pose
