Ways to Stay Active in Baltimore

Happy Monday ya'll! I don't know about you, but I'm loving this three day weekend and the extra time with family and friends. As you go about your day, remember to take a moment to honor the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. Thank all of the active men and women who continue to serve our country as well as those who have served.

I hope everyone was able to get active this weekend and take advantage of this beautiful weather. There are so many opportunities in Baltimore to stay active throughout the  next few months.
