Balance your Body with SB Barre

Stacey and I are always amazed at the AWESOME benefits "Barre" workouts give the body. We travel all over world and take "barre" classes whenever we can, some classes crazy hard, some just OK and some with so much choreo our heads spin!! But no matter what we LOVE barre and always get something out of it. Our love of this type of class is why we created SB Barre - we pulled from all of our Pilates training, the classes and workshops we've taken as well as how we like to move and challenge our own bodies and created a special class that we share with you!

We take a more athletic approach than other programs, we infuse cardio and other muscle sculpting benefits with props such as gliding disks, bands, balls as well as light weights. Stacey and I take pride in our choreography and the flow of our classes. We work hours in the studio creating just the right sequences that are challenging, GOOD for the body, lengthening, strengthening, balancing, and FLOW. We always say our flow from one exercise to the next in a seamless sequence is what sets Soul Body's SB Barre apart.
